Job Overview
As a Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (Clinic LPN), you play a vital role in ensuring the quality of care provided to patients in a clinic setting. This position requires technical ability, critical thinking skills, and a devotion to helping patients improve their health and well-being. You will work closely with our providers and other healthcare professionals to monitor and assess patient health, assist with patient care, administer medications, and provide education to patients and their families. Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Observes patients’ health.
- Reviews medical charts.
- Accompanies patients to their rooms.
- Assists physicians and Providers
- Communicates with patients and their families.
- Prepares specimens for lab courier.
- Transcribes provider orders to medical record and carries out orders as written.
- Prepares and administers medications as per providers' orders and observes for adverse effects.
- Provides wound care.
- Assists with patient comfort.

Full Time Monday through Friday (Clinic Hours 8-5)
Licensed Practical Nurse Education and Experience Requirements:
- A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- LPN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- BLS certification
- 1-2 years recent Clinic nursing experience preferred but not required
